Karen and Max who own Tasman Organics were formerly maths teachers with a large home garden.
Several years ago, when their property at Appelby became availalbe they enbraced the opportunity and the change in lifestyle and became organic vegetable growers.
Tasman Organics is one of the very popular stalls at the Nelson Farmers Market due to the quality and affordability of their organic vegetables. They have a wide variety of fresh seasonal vegetables and attend most of the year.
